Daniel Klein thought he’d move to Minnesota to open a restaurant. Fortunately, he kept making films for his Perennial Plate documentary project, which has just been picked up by the Huffington Post. He’s well-known among Minnesota locavores, now the rest of the country can get a healthy serving.
