Harvest Foodservice Journal is a national, quarterly publication focused on connecting rural and urban sustainable food systems to the foodservice industry. We’ll feature chefs and restaurateurs, kitchen management companies and corporations, independent growers on farms rural and urban, schools, equipment manufacturers and other industry innovators. Harvest will also focus on legislative developments on local and national levels designed to impact the sustainable movement in agriculture and the foodservice industry.
